Hot water with Dilmah English Breakfast Tea, my favourite!
And what’s afternoon tea without some biscuits to go along?
There’s my favourite Lotus Biscuits!
English Breakfast Tea with Hot milk and sugar!
It’s already in the mid of the semester break, and yet I still have yet to decide how am I going to do my hair. I know, I’ve been planning to dye or perhaps highlight my hair ever since SSM ended. But till today, I couldn’t decide which and what colour to choose from…
Recently, the ombre or dip-dyed hair has caused lots of girls to go crazy about, because it looks super pretty! ♥
And perhaps my hair is only in the mid-length I couldn’t decide if I should go for a dip-dye since long hair looks better with dip-dye, and I do really really really like the dip-dye hair styles!
Also, there’s this product called La Riche Directions, it’s a semi-permanent hair dye that the colour will fade after every wash (I heard this from the comments on the net…), upon knowing such product exist, I really wanted to try it out, but still I preferred to have a permanent hair dye:)
Still, I think the colours from La Riche Directions are very pretty, and I might be possibly using the colours as a gauge to which colour I’m going to pick to have it on my hair!
Personally, I like Turquoise, Lilac and Pastel Pink:)
*Girl on the right*
Her hair looks super nice right? Dark brown hair with dip dye blonde and TURQUOISE!~
Check out this one! It’s ombre with teal and turquoise! I really like this too!^^
This looks pretty awesome for me! Since, I have near black hair, and purple is one of my favourites, perhaps I should imagine myself in this? Hmmmmm~
This one looks suitable for me too, since it has black hair, and it’s ombre…But I think gradient brown seems not-so-cool?
It definitely it’s for those who are don’t want to take such a risk!^^
Perhaps a combination of dip dye and tint of blonde would looks good on my near black hair?
Streaks of PINK! Pink seems pretty on brown hair~
Or maybe purple highlights all over my hair?
How about a combination of purple and blue highlights?
I think it looks pretty though, ON BLACK HAIR 😀
But still, I really like the hair Selena Gomez wore! They are called inner highlights, where only your inner hair is highlighted and the top layer remains as it is. It do looks pretty cool and sneaky right?
Some digital image that pop up first when I search for inner highlights hair! This look nice, though it’s not real.should I do this?
(The most real picture to the above one, but has pretty much small size….)
I think that this turquoise inner highlights looks awesome too!
This inner highlights is in teal, it do look nice, don’t it?^^
I think I could also dye my hair dark brown and dip dye with the colour CORAL PINK!
Inner highlight with purple and black hair? Does it looks nice? o.O
Inner highlights with blonde and dark brown hair! I think this also look pretty…
Or perhaps I should do a natural dark brown dye with evenly spread blonde highlights?
A more brunette looking hair I would consider, but from an asian to a brunette-looking, this sounds good too! ^^
There’s so many styles, types and colours for me to choose from, I’m really spoilt for choice and can’t decided which shall I get. If only I had many heads, I get all the styles and colours!
But now, I’ve got to decide which colour and style should I get…dip-dye? ombre? highlights all over? dye?inner highlights? blonde? turquoise? teal? coral pink? lilac? purple? dark brown?
I still can’t make a decision, what do you think I should get that’s suitable for my current shoulder length, really dark brown, near black hair?
A boring thursday, had nothing else to do, no outings, nor work, and so, I’ve decided to bake!
And, I’ve decided to try out this: Betty Crocker Supermoist White Cake Mix!
But, it didn’t turn out to be great or fantastic, because the mix was so hard to mix in after adding water, egg and oil, it just happen to not turn out right for the million times I’ve tried.
And most of it, my cupcakes turn out to be super sticky and clumpy. It just didn’t work that well as compared to another brand I’ve used previously…
I really dislike their cake mix though…
Since, I’ve decided not to continue on with making cupcakes, I’ve decided to alter the box recipe a little, by adding in lots more of cake mix to turn it into a cookie dough! Not only that, I added in some chocolate rice and sliced dried cranberry bits in it…
So, the cookies came out tasting really crunchy and tasty, but as for the appearance wise, it looks like it’s spammed with white mould!
Don’t the bunnies look cute after they are out from the oven?
So, I suppose the leftover cake mix were still use-able as for cookie recipes. And, who wants some crunchy, yummy Bunny Chocolate & Cranberry Cookies?
Out of the blue, I had decided to do up something special for this best friend of mine 18th birthday.
You see, reaching the age of 18th is a cause to celebrate because it’s an important milestone of your life that marks the freedom of going to clubbing, drinking alcohol, buying cigarettes and watching M18 movies legally. Of course, in some other countries, 18th would mean something even more.
Thus, since it’s happen to be the holidays, and I had nothing better to do, I’ve decided to do up something nice and special for her birthday present! In short, her birthday present consist of something bought and something handmade…
So, after glueing on the top part, I notice that there were lots of creases as a result of resticking…
Thus, I decided to beautify it by adding on some “blingblings” to it hoping that you would change your focus off the crease to the artificial jewels.
Did it work?
And here’s the gorgeous 3D birthday card that I made for her! It’s my first time making a birthday card for a friend, and since she likes stars and the colour blue, I’ve decided to incoporate it into the card itself!
Here are the paper dolls that I drew and coloured for the surprise video’s props! Don’t they look cute?
And guess where I got my inspiration from?
From Google image! After typing “cartoon girl”, one of the search result was this! LOL~
And I’ve decided to end off the post with an instagram of us! ♥
Sometimes, birthday gifts can be as simple as a handmade birthday card, it doesn’t matters if it’s pricey apparels or handbags, it’s always the sincerity and the thought that counts.
And of course, including a little surprise element can make her birthday and her day even better! When you ran out of ideas, you can always get inspirations from Google by doing a search!
Lastly, HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY, YUNTENG!♥
Today, my little timid boy was around my house longer than usual today, and we decided to take some pictures since we have took one ages ago…He looks so adorable like a real life pretty white soft toy, doesn’t he?And this is the last one, he tried to wriggle away…
I just love him so much, because unlike other kitties out there, he’s the timid one, who wholeheartedly place his trust in me, and the loyal one, that comes to my house timely, and allows me to disturb and tease him, and even give him a HOMEY HUG (just like hugging a real-life furry soft-toy and yet it feels warm with a heartbeat, don’t you think that feeling is so lovely?), and yet he doesn’t retaliates and scratch me in return.
He have been the best and amazing boy for the past 4 years plus, and BTW, he’s reaching 5 years of age in the human year this DECEMBER!
Maybe, I’m a little obsessed and crazy over this little boy, but I just love him to bits so much so that I would be nuts if he suddenly vanish in my life.
But anyway, DON’T YOU THINK THAT HE’S SUCH AN AMAZING LITTLE BOY?
Today, the 4 of us decided to go out on an outing, which start from a lunch at Table Manners at the New Changi City Point and then followed by shopping at Bugis Street!
Overall, I think other than most of the food contains green vegetables and herbs that was disastrous with my braces, the food was tasty and decent, especially the Spicy Aglio Olio, it’s aromatic and yummy. This is what my friend ordered, Spicy Aglio Olio, Caesar Salad, Beer Battered Fish Fillet.
After our lunch at Table Manners, we headed off to Bugis Street where we shopped and as usual the aunties and those people “punching” my bag, and pushing me around, like they were going to 杀猪!
During the shopping itself, we met Pearlyn shopping with her mum at Bugis, haunting for clothes as well, and after which, we met Kaiyun who was also at Bugis area after her job training. We also had Koi as our shopping tea break! AWESOMEee~
And then, after all the shopping was done, we headed to Bugis Junction to take some snapshots for memory before leaving off for home…
A really pretty shot of us!
Really thanks to Kaiyun’s awesome camera that allowed us to camwhore, and took really nice pictures! 😀
Till next time ….
